NEW! Featured Story: Teenage Driver Safety Act, effective July 1, 2008.

In an effort to help teen drivers buck the trend of being the most dangerous motorists on the road, AAA spearheaded legislation to add nighttime and passenger restrictions to an intermediate stage of licensure. The license became known as the Graduated Driver License (GDL) and the law implementing it as the Teenage Driver Safety Act (TDSA).

For more detailed information on the TDSA and how to get your new Graduated Driver License (GDL), check out our new website geared specifically to parents and teens navigating the learning-to-drive process: www.TeensAtTheWheel.com
